Description
Developed in 2019 Otter’s Mead offers 7 high specification Omar holiday lodges, 6 Westfield 40×20 and 1 Woodbury 40×14 all of which have over 5 years warranty remaining. The business is thriving and highly profitable. The lodges are primarily offered for let by Hoseasons. In 2024 the vendor started taking direct bookings using a new website and Anytime which has
enabled them to capitalise on repeat bookings and also reduce commissions. WIth extant consent for 8 additional lodges there is great scope to grow the business and establish a sales operation. The planning might be varied to provide managers accommodation subject to the necessary planning consents.

In the village there is a Thai resturant and pub. The A47 and the market town of Dereham (3.5 miles) ,known as the “heart of Norfolk” are to the south. Dereham offers a wide range of amenities, including Tesco supermarket, shops, banks, a health centre, dentists, golf and sport clubs.
